NDCRC staff fielded inquiries related to research and practice in the field as well as NDCRC updates. These questions were received primarily via the NDCRC email, individual staff emails, and the contact page of the NDCRC website. Between July 1 and December 31, 2020, staff addressed 1,428 questions about the NDCRC, treatment courts, or other resources.

The National PREA Resource Center's Online Learning and Engagement (OLE) Team are creating guides and resources for online learning development and audience engagement. Utilizing research and data collected from online learning engagements, we develop and implement effective and efficient online learning tools.

The DOJ Review Panel on Prison Rape is comprised of three members, and a new group was recently empaneled. The PRC was invited to present to the panel as part of a two-day long orientation for its new members regarding the state of PREA implementation, progress that has been made on addressing sexual abuse and sexual harassment in confinement, and challenges that the work still faces.

The PREA Targeted Implementation Planning and Support (TIPS) program hosted a virtual Budget Webinars for TIPS sites and TIPS coaches (CCLP and Vera) on October 15, 2020 and October 28, 2020. The webinars provided an overview of changes made to financial documentation to be submitted in site's Final Project Plan Package, clarify the invoice and expense request timeline/process, and supply a platform for sites to ask questions directly to Impact Justice's finance team and TIPS programmatic staff.

The National PREA Resource Center (PRC) provided a 4-hour virtual Auditor Refresher Training webinar on August 11, 2020. Topics covered in the webinar included an overview of auditor conduct that may result in the Department of Justice (DOJ) disciplinary action, PREA Management Office (PMO) updates related to the Online Audit System (OAS), and PRC general updates such as the peer review re-launch.

IACP sent this list of resources for communities seeking to combat local substance use issues. This list included educational materials, funding opportunities, and model programs.
