Sent BJA Action Plan guidance document to grant manager and site POC
The IACP POC identified a resource on evidence-based policing strategies for small departments that can inform Action Pan
The site asked for information on community trauma and collective care as a possible practice to inform their community engagement and outeach
IACP sent the site a copy of the new cops office rural resource guide.
The Madison site requested peer-to-peer meetings with the FY20 Wichita site, FY20 Tulsa site, and FY19 Orangeburg site
The Madison site asked for a peer-to-peer support call with another site who is facing similiar crime drivers/site characteristics
The IACP POC sent the profiles of 4 BCJI sites for the site to review and select the site they are most interested in speaking with for a peer to peer meeting.
IACP identified an opportunity to loop in a peer to support the site's street outreach initiaitve. IACP sent the site a number of options for peer to peer support
