RTI TA team met with the individual providing programming for the COSSUP grant. There seems to be a disconnect between programming and the funding/grants management portion. Will follow-up with a call that includes BJA.

RTI TA team met with Gaston County to discuss activities planned in their no cost extension. Plans for spend down were reviewed.

RTI TA team met with Plymouth County to discuss their COSSUP grant progress. The program evaluator attended the call and shared many of their results from the Comfort Dog program. They have collected a lot of great data.

Community of Practice meeting was focused on Sustainability through the lens of how grantees are sharing the results of their programming to build partnerships, create buy-in, and sustain programs.

Community of Practice meeting was focused on Sustainability and there was a guest speaker from Children and Family Futures.

RTI met with Gila County team members and DOJ officers (Shaniqua McCrae and Kalyn Hill) to discuss whether a GAM was necessary and if so, how to set one up.

Met with FY23 subgrantees for the first time after being selected in October. Briefly heard from each site to hear an update.Introduced TA team and discussed RTI as a source of support. No TA needs at this time, as sites are just getting started.

Followed up on 8/30 with resources on evaluation metrics and outcomes. Requested contracts for review and shared meeting link to schedule another discussion with grantee, evaluator, and tribal reservations.

Received email inquiry on 10/11/2024 asking for peer support connections in the juvenile justice space. Also inquired about resources around parent engagement. Shared online resources and PEER connections on 10/22/2024. Plan to follow up with more program connections after internal communications.
