Center staff organized and hosted a structured site visit to the Red Hook Community Justice Center for Judge Schlegel and Jon A Greggenheimer from Jefferson Parrish. The site visit included court observation, meeting with the judge and other key players, and talking with on-site social service providers.

Center staff and representatives from the Michigan State Appellate Defender Office discussed the general framework of the TTA to craft a mission/ vision statement and a 2, 5, and 10 year strategic plan.
