TTA to assist Northwestern County plan their pre-adjudication diversion program .Initial outreach to Northwestern County began but was strictly preliminary and foundational. Because of the eminent exhaustion of grant funds, uncertainty about whether supplemental grant funding would occur, delays occurring on the part of some of the sites, and delays in getting them designated, engagement of the Wave 2 sites was much more limited in scope. APA will continue to work with BJA and CCI to assist these sites in getting the help they need.

TTA to help Richmond County, NY operate HOPE program, a prefiling program for drug-involved individuals. Because of the eminent exhaustion of grant funds, uncertainty about whether supplemental grant funding would occur, delays occurring on the part of some of the sites, and delays in getting them designated, engagement of the Wave 2 sites was much more limited in scope. APA will continue to work with BJA and CCI to assist these sites in getting the help they need. They will be advised that they can submit a request through NTTAC and can also access the online toolkit for resources.

A TTA program to help Columbus City, OH plan and implement a diversion program for their dual-diagnosis (substance abuse and mental illness) population. Because of the eminent exhaustion of grant funds, uncertainty about whether supplemental grant funding would occur, delays occurring on the part of some of the sites, and delays in getting them designated, engagement of the Wave 2 sites was much more limited in scope.

TLPI assisted with providing funding for 3 speakers - Troy Eid, David Wikinson and Addie Rolnick - to present on ICRA at this national conference.

TLPI assisted with agenda development and providing funding for 3 speakers - Carrie Garrow, Korey Wahwassuck and Jennifer Walter - to present on tribal-state collaboration at this national conference.
