New Site Coordinator requested information on the Site Coordinator role and SAKI in general.

During this reporting period TLPI did initial outreach to all grantees and provided an introductory welcome/introductory letter to all new FY23 CTAS Purpose Area 3 Grantees. The welcome letter included an introduction to TLPI and the project team, scheduling poll for a virtual kick off meeting, a short questionnaire discussing their top TTA needs and goals, TLPI resources, and information on the upcoming 2024 CTAS Orientation and 2024 Emerging Issues Conference.

The process for creating SLATT accounts resulted in the creation of 50 new user accounts.

Document implementation lessons learned to advance the state of knowledge about what works and how it works, including advancing the understanding of SCF principles in practice and lessons learned by BJA grantee and non-grantee jurisdictions.

The process for creating SLATT accounts resulted in the creation of 104 new user accounts during the month of November 2023.

The processes for creating SLATT accounts resulted in the creation of 84 new user accounts.

The IACP BCJI TTA Team posted the question on BCJI Connect to provide space for peer sites to provide their responses. Additionally, the IACP TTA Team provided an open discussion about the topic during the IACP BCJI CVI Cohort Call. Many sites provided their feedback and suggestions.

The IACP BCJI TTA Team shared resources and trainings with the Selma team, and asked other grantee sites via BCJI connect for their input.
