IACP met with members of the Bexar County core team three (3) times over the past 6 months to provide customized TTA and receive programmatic updates. The core team faced some staffing issues over the past 6 months as the main project coordinator took a different position and left the team. They are still in the process of hiring a replacement and this has significantly slowed down their project. IACP has offered resource and project support in the meantime to help them with their Implementation Plan. IACP will include ACA to provide corrections-specific TTA going forward.
