Site had a question on OJP requirements for subrecipient contracts; advised site to connect with BJA advisor to confirm requirements. Returned call to site to discuss and provided BJA advisor's contact info for site to reach out for more clarification.

Site asked about what to do with TTA event funding if their award end date does not align with IACP's event. IACP reached out to BJA for clarification and provided info to site.

Site requested TTA via an informal review of the site's Implementation Plan (IP). IACP reviewed plan informally and returned detailed feedback to the site. Offered to discuss feedback in more detail via zoom or phone call.

After a discussion in one of our TTA calls, site determined that they may need to submit a GAM and needs to connect with their BJA policy advisor to discuss plans going forward. Also offered to aid with GAM questions when they are working on submitting it. Shared site's BJA POC's contact information so that they could reach out and get their questions answered.

After a discussion in one of our TTA calls, IACP shared the information for the Law Enforcement Mental Health Learning Sites and encouraged Boulder site to reach out and learn from one of these sites to help build out their project.

Site is having difficulty contacting local Arc chapter to bring on as interagency workgroup partner. IACP staff emailed Leigh Anne at the Arc on possible next steps; Leigh Anne connected with local chapter who called IACP and confirmed that she would be reaching out to Lt. Parker at Tuscaloosa shortly.

Norton Shores team indicated that they were interested in examples of policies/procedures for LE/embedded clinician operations. IACP CRIT staff reached out to COSSUP team for examples and sent them to Norton Shores team.
