Per BJA's direction that Salisbury (FY21) had their budget cleared and are ready for work with their TTA provider, IACP reached out to schedule an introductory meeting with their core team. Waiting to hear back from the site and looking to schedule the meeting in early 2024.

IACP staff has reached out to schedule an introductory call with the NYC DOC core team. IACP introduced ourselves as the TTA provider for the FY23 CRIT award and are currently awaiting a response from the site.

IACP staff reached out to schedule an introductory meeting with the PG County team and introduce the IACP as the TTA provider for the CRIT award. Scheduled an intro call for early 2024.

IACP staff reached out to schedule an introductory meeting with the Memphis PD team and introduce the IACP as the TTA provider for the CRIT award. Scheduled an intro call for the end of January

IACP staff reached out two (2) times to introduce the IACP as the TTA provider and offer some availability to meet via zoom for a more formal introduction. The site has responded and IACP set up an introductory call for January 2024.

IACP scheduled and attended an introductory call with the Louisville Metro Government core team as the FY23 TTA provider. Introduced key staff members who would be working closely with the core team, described IACP's role as the TTA provider, and discussed the team's project, goals, and perspective on their award.

IACP scheduled and attended an introductory call with the Colorado State Dept. of Corrections core team as the FY23 TTA provider. Introduced key staff members who would be working closely with the core team, described IACP's role as the TTA provider, and discussed the team's project, goals, and perspective on their award.

IACP scheduled and attended an introductory call with the Washington State Dept. of Corrections core team as the FY23 TTA provider. Introduced key staff members who would be working closely with the core team, described IACP's role as the TTA provider, and discussed the team's project, goals, and perspective on their award.

Over the past 6 months, IACP met with Milwaukee PD's core team four (4) times to provide customized TTA and receive programmatic updates. IACP connected the Milwaukee team with several potential sites to fulfill their plans for site visits. Also provided resources and project support as the team is working through the planning phase of the award.

IACP had our initial meeting with the core team members of the TX DOC site in July. Introduced the IACP staff who would be working closely with the site and described the TTA that we offer. IACP met with TX DOC five (5) times over the past 6 months to provide customized TTA and recieve programmatic updates. IACP provided resource support with the CRIT curriculum as well as insights into incorporating IDD into their program and policies.
