On October 7, 2020 Jacqueline Altamirano Marin and Erica Crew co-facilitate a 90-minute Zoom meeting with reentry service providers, resident leaders, homeless services agencies, and other community stakeholders with WCHA. Vera designed the meeting as an opportunity for the sites to articulate the goals of the Opening Doors Initiative and site-specific goals to the larger community. Both WCHA and Vera presented and the group participated in small group discussions on the importance of reentry housing and next steps for the initiative.

On July 7, 2020 Jacqueline Altamirano Marin and Erica Crew conducted an orientation call and presentation with the Detroit Housing Commission. This was the first official call with DHC as an Opening Doors site and served as an orientation to the project and the first step in setting goals for the housing authority's reentry program and policy change.

Site coordinator notified SL that some SAEKs in Omaha inventory might be what are known as "phased partials" - SAEKs that came into the SAKI inventory as unsubmitted, but then had several different swabs pulled and tested at different times instead of in succession until exhausted. SC not positive this is happening, but if it is she wanted to know how to approach it and how to notify victims when their SAEK is tested if the testing will be delayed.

This was the first official call with ACHA as an Opening Doors site and served as an orientation to the project and the first step in setting goals for the housing authority's reentry program and policy change.
