CJI staff traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska to support the three co-chairs of the CJRWG in facilitating the final Working Group meeting. At this meeting, the policies options that were discussed in each of the three subgroups were reviewed in the full group setting. The Working Group deliberated and reached consensus on a number of policy options. The options discussed will be released in a report in the new year, and will be used to inform legislation that is anticipated for introduction in the 2022 legislative session.
