During the grantee's weekly COAP case conference meetings, they had a couple of reoccurring topics that sparked interest in what other COAP grantee sites are currently doing. The grantee requested information pertaining to completion criteria for other sites and best practices for when to deem a participant discharged, whether they have completed their goals or contact has been lost with the individual in the community.

Session Description: According to national data, methamphetamine abuse is rising across the country. This workshop will discuss how methamphetamine use disorders differ from opioid use disorders and how these differences suggest the need for different treatment approaches.

Session: Two-Hatter Panel and Discussion. Session Description: Individuals who work in the addiction field and identify as persons in long-term recovery are often referred to as "two-hatters." They wear an addiction professional "hat" at work, and in different settings or situations also wear the "hat" of a person in recovery.
