CSG Justice Center staff met with Amy Murphy of GMU and BJA policy advisor to provide an update on the project. Discussion included the model sites' program suspensions, possibility of a no-cost extension, and performance metrics measurement.
CSG Justice Center staff met with PA DOC project staff to review the updates to the site visit agenda.
CSG Justice Center staff conducted a virtual site visit with PA DOC. CSG JC staff met with parole officers, community service providers, the assistant US attorney generals, and program participants to discuss the efficacy of the program, improvements that have been made to the program, lessons learned from years of implementation, and hear success stories.
