On February 9th Dr. Laura Wyckoff presented the work and vision for the Lab to the NPI Fellows. The NPI Fellows are current or former members of criminal justice organizations whose knowledge, experience, and skills help support and advance NPI's mission. The approximately 60 Fellows work on specific projects, represent NPI in meetings and conferences, and develop substantive thought pieces and resources to address the pressing issues facing policing. The Fellows were asked to bring the ideas of the Knowledge Lab to their agencies and the field.

On March 5th, 2024, Center staff hosted a regional convening in collaboration with the Eugene Community Court. The agenda included a presentation by the Eugene Community Court, a session regarding Risk-Need-Responsivity theory and research, a Restorative Justice session by consultants from Collective Justice, a presentation by Red Hook Community Justice Center around community courts, housing, and holistic services, as well as a collaborative and interactive responsive interventions session. The attendees were able to observe court at Eugene Community Court the following day.
