The Knoxville, Tennessee Police Department requested training pertaining to non-fatal shooting investigation. John Colello was selected to fulfill the request and provided an eight-hour "Non-Fatal Shooting Best Practices Training presentation to Knoxville PD detectives on March 18, 2019 in Knoxville, Tennesee.
The Travis County, Texas Diversion requested assistance ith analyzing and addressing the rising jail population and to better understand the increase of racial and ethnic minority bookings. The engagement was transferred to a new contract.
The Nashville, Tennessee Metropolitan Police Department (PD), as part of the Nashville Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested travel support for representatives to attend the FBI's DIVRT Training. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to three representatives from the Nashville PSP site to attend the conference from April 23-24, 2019 in New Haven, CT.

The Municipal and Traffic Court of New Orleans requested training and technical assistance related to the development/implementation of an appropriate pre-trial release (jail) risk assessment tool. BJA NTTAC referred the requestor to the Urban Institute.
The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for Arlington County and the City of Falls Church requested technical assistance to implement a mental health court in their jurisdiction. The requestor withdrew their request.
The Saginaw, Michigan; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Salisbury, North Carolina Police Departments requested travel support for representatives to attend the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST) Basic training. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to three representatives from the various police departments to attend the training on April 23 - 25, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Chicopee, Massachusetts Police Department requested Command Presence's "Decisionmaking: Foundation of Reasonable Force" training. This request was postponed until BJA NTTAC Option Year 3.
The Los Angeles, California Police Department requested strategic planning and innovation training in an effort to enhance the departrment's crimegighting strategies. Dr. Markus Baer was selected to fulfill the request and provide innovation training to LAPD in April 2019 in Los Angeles, California.
