The St. Francois County, Missouri Prosecuting Attorney's Office requested assistance through BJA NTTAC to enhance its the office’s operations and prepare a report detailing recommendations and best prosecutorial practices in the following areas: office organization and structure, case processing and quality of work, training, and evaluation, and addressing their current heroin and opioid issues. ​Kris Hamann was selected to facilitate the assistance and conducted a two-day onsite visit with the agency in November 2019 and January 2020.

The Memphis, Tennessee Police Department (PD), as part of the Memphis National Public Safety Partnership site, requested a crime analysis assessment. OnPoint Analytics was selected to fulfill the request and conducted an assessment between September 2019 and February 2020. OnPoint Analytics delivered a findings and recommendations report, along with a final report outlining next steps, to Memphis PD in March 2020.

The Chicopee, Massachusetts Police Department requested use of force training. Command Presence was selected to fulfill the request and provided two one-day “Decision Making: Foundations of Reasonable Force” trainings to 88 members of Chicopee PD on October 21-22, 2019 in Chicopee, Massachusetts.

The Lansing, Michigan Police Department requested the "Dynamics of Officer and Citizen Encounters" training. Command Presence was selected to fulfill the request and provided six one-day trainings to #134law enforcement officers on November 19-21, 2020 and January 13-15, 2020 in Lansing, Michigan.

The Lorain County, Ohio Chiefs’ Law Enforcement Association requested training on use of force. Command Presence was selected to fulfill the request and provided “Decision Making: Foundations of Reasonable Force” training to 244 representatives from local law enforcement agencies in Lorain County on September 9-11, 2019 in Elyria, Ohio.

The Tiffin, Ohio Police Department (PD) requested training on the topic of use of force. Command Presence was selected to fulfill the request and provided the training titled “Decision Making: Foundations of Reasonable Force,” to 136 members of 60 agencies in Ohio, including Tiffin PD, on November 5–6, 2019 in Tiffin, Ohio.

Orlando, Florida Police Department requested a crime analysis assessment to provide a review of our current work flow/work load as it relates specifically to their Crime Analysts. IDEA Analytics was selected to fulfill the request and provided a crime analysis assessment. The assessment occurred on August 20 - 22, 2020 and involved interviewing Orlando PD leadership, crime analysts, technology support personnel, and applicable stakeholders to further
understand current practices and desired goals for data-driven policing.

The Office of the Bronx County, New York District Attorney's Office requested an analysis of their current system and create a strategic plan to modernize the Office while reducing violence and increasing public safety. Stakeholders would also like to develop policies related to charging and dispositions. This event occurred in BJA NTTAC Option Year 3.
