The Memphis, Tennessee Police Department (MPD), as part of the Memphis Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested travel support for representatives to attend the IHIA's Management Seminar . ​BJA NTTAC provided travel support to three representatives from the Memphis PSP site to attend the seminar on August 6, 2019 in Austin, Texas.

The Jackson, Mississippi National Public Safety Partnership requested assistance from a subject matter expert in assessing and resolving crime reporting inaccuracies and building its crime analytics capacity for police operations. The intended outcomes of this technical assistance are to evaluate the current processes of JPD’s crime data collection, processing, and analysis.IDEA Analytics was selected to fulfill this request and provided onsite technical assistance by evaluating current crime data collection processes and provided process improvement recommendations.

The Houston, Texas Police Department (HPD), as part of the Houston Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested travel support for representatives to attend the 2019 IHIA Training Symposium Conference. ​BJA NTTAC provided travel support to two representatives from the Houston PD site to attend the IHIA's Basic Homicide Training in Austin, Texas from August 4, 2019 to August 9, 2019.
