Research on resilience for law enforcement officers clearly indicates that physical and mental health are key to avoiding bad decisions on the job, burn-out, and officer suicide. Assisting officers to develop strategies for health well-being is essential.

How do you anticipate that the requested assistance will address the problems?
The two-day Blue Courage training will assist officers in developing the mental, emotional, and physical demands of the job through lectures, activities, and reflection on identity development, professional integrity and judgment, leadership and stress management. Attendees will leave the workshop better equipped to handle the demands of the job.
