Would like to have training on crime prevention.

As the Luzerne County "kids for cash" scandal demonstrated, Pennsylvania's county funded indigent defense delivery system is failing to meet the needs of their communites and the requirements of 21st century effective legal assistance of counsel. Pennsylvania remains the ONLY STATE that provides NO general fund appropriations to support U.S. Supreme Court mandated legal representation services for adults and children facing loss of liberty.

Currently our Capital Case Litigation subgrantees, the Prosecuting Attorneys Council and the Georgia Public Defenders Standards Council, are requesting assistance with methods to evaluate the assess the performance and progression of their trainings and the development of their trainings. Currently they implement pre and post test, however, they are interested in learning of other evaluation methods. Additionally, they are requesting more training in regards to developing future trainings, agendas and materials for the training sessions for the defense and prosecuting attorneys.
