IACP met with the Bexar County core team a total of six (6) times over the past six (6) months to discuss programmatic updates and provide any customized TTA as needed. IACP introduced the SMEs from our partner the American Correctional Association to provide customized TTA relevant to the corrections work that Bexar County does. Site had some significant staff turnover but was able to work through challenges and is currently working through the Planning Phase of their award to prepare and complete the Implementation Plan.

IACP met with Albany County core team five (5) times over the last six (6) months. Site discussed existing CIT program and challenges that they are facing as a rural county in WY. Introduced site to ACA SMEs and continued to provide project support as needed throughout this reporting period.

IACP met with the Tuscaloosa core team a total of four (4) times over the past six (6) months to discuss programmatic updates and provide insight and customized TTA as needed. The site has a robust CIT and CRIT training program that has been readily recieved by the local and regional communities and policing agencies. Tuscaloosa is in the Implementation Phase of their program after successfully completing their Implementation Plan and are continuing to work through any and all of their challenges.

IACP met with the Ottawa County core team a total of three (3) times over the past six (6) months to receive programmatic updates and provide support as needed. Ottawa County has been able to move into the Implementation Phase of their award and are steadily working towards completing their project goals. Site is working through finding a replacement for one of their key staff members who recently retired. The team is working well through any challenges facing their CIT program and have worked well with IACP staff to work through and overcome challenges.
