IACP met with the core team members for the Louisville site a total of four (4) times over the past six (6) months to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized support and guidance as needed. Site has a well-developed core team and has spent the last six months of their Planning Phase developing their plan and working through any challenges as they come up. The site is looking to develop a robust crisis response training for their department.

IACP met with the CO DOC core team a total of three (3) times over the past six (6) months to provide customized TTA and recieve programmatic updates. Site was delayed from starting their check-in calls due to a few budgetary holds on their account. Once these items got sorted, the IACP and ACA held regular meetings to discuss the CO DOC program. Site is working on updating the CRIT curriculum to their unique, corrections needs. Site is also considering breaking up the training over a 20 day period instead of keeping with the 5 day matrix.

IACP met with the WA DOC core team a total of five (5) times over the last six (6) months to recieve programmatic updates and share TTA resources and guidance on their project as needed. Site has a unique program that does not include conventional crisis response training but rather focuses on the correctional officers' health and wellness throughout the workday. The site has used this past 6 months of their Planning Phase to develop their Implementation Plan and work through partnerships and some challenges to their project.

IACP met with the Salt Lake City core team six (6) times over the last six (6) months. Provided customized TTA as needed and discussed the site's programmatic updates as well as their successes and challenges. The site has spent the better part of the last six months updating and customizing the CRIT curriculum for their specific needs. The core team has also worked on developing strong relationships with each of the partnerships in their program which is a crucial component of the Planning Phase.

IACP met with the core team for the Pima County site a total of five (5) times over the past six (6) months to recieve programmatic updates, discuss site successes and challenges, and provide customized TTA and guidance as needed. The site has been working on completing their Implementation Plan throughout this part of their Planning Phase and have submitted the IP for formal review. IACP conducted an informal review of their Plan and confirmed that they are on the right track for the Planning Phase.

IACP met with the Montgomery core team five (5) times over the last six (6) months to discuss their program successes, work through any challenges, and aid them in developing their Implementation Plan. The site is beginning to work through the various roles on their team and develop relationships across the various partnerships. The core team has also been working to increase community engagement with their behavioral health program and has held a variety of public, community hearings to discuss the challenges that the city of Montgomery is facing in this area.

IACP met with the Milwaukee site core team a total of four (4) times over the last six (6) months. IACP recieved programmatic updates from the team and provided customized TTA as they continue to work on and develop their Implementation Plan. The site has had some major staff turnover that may affect their work as one of the champions of their program recently retired. Nevertheless, the core team is working to mitigate any slowdowns and work through any challenges that they encounter.

IACP met with the core team for the Texas Department of Corrections team a total of six (6) times over the past six (6) months to discuss programmatic updates and provide guidance and insight to their program. IACP introduced the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the American Correctional Association (ACA) who provided more in-depth TTA on prisons and corrections at large. The core team has worked through some unique challenges that they have faced as a statewide program dealing with corrections. Currently, there is a lack of CRIT resources for corrections which has affected their program.

IACP met with Greensboro's core team five (5) times over the past six (6) months to discuss programmatic updates and work through any of the challenges the site may be facing. Site determined which vendor to use to implement their CRIT program. Site also worked through some staff turnover and challenges with recruitment and retention. Greensboro has worked on and submitted their Implementation Plan for formal review and the IACP is in the process of reviewing and approving their IP. The site will then move into the Implementation Phase of their award and begin collecting data on their program.

IACP met with the Michigan State Police core team a total of five (5) times over the past six (6) months. IACP and core team discussed programmatic updates, the site's successes and challenges, and the upcoming IACP Train the Trainer event which will be hosted at the MSP training site in Lansing, MI. The site has successfully prepared and completed the Implementation Plan which moves them into the Implementation Phase of their award. Site has successfully customized the CRIT curriculum to their specific needs and will be implementing their CRIT program in the upcoming months.
