The NCORJ’s National Restorative Coaching Program (NRCP) provides restorative justice practitioners with individualized support in restorative skills, frameworks, and programmatic implementation. One-on-one coaching is delivered by restorative justice leaders who have a depth of experience from a wide range of restorative justice contexts. As a continuation of formal training, coaching aims to deepen the innate capabilities and confidence of practitioners nationwide.

Obtained a booth at the IACP Conference to provide information about the VALOR programs and presented two VALOR presentations. The presentations were Stressors Faced by Women in Law Enforcement, and So, You Wanted to be a Cop - What Does Your Family Think Now? Program Managers and Leads also attended to provide information on the programs and gain critical partnerships and identification of future needs.

Provide ongoing assistance and support to grantees under the Upholding the Rule of Law & Preventing Wrongful Convictions program through direct consultations and feedback, as well as connecting grantees to each other for more general and global assistance. We did no in-person meetings this term, only by phone or online. Several grantees did not want to have regular meetings, but preferred to reach out when they wanted assistance. All agencies were contacted for periodic check-ins.

This third of four quarterly convenings of the IRI/Smart Reentry Track grantees was held in-person over 1.5 days in Arlington, VA. Participants engaged in a variety of sessions with the following objectives:
- Explore best practices in reentry
- Identify lessons learned, areas for growth, and next steps for programming for the field
- Connect with other Smart Reentry grantees to share and learn about challenges, successes, and innovations across sites
