The Nashville, Tennessee Police Department (PD) requested an assessment of their homicide assessment and investigation practices. John Skaggs was selected to fulfill the request and conducted an assessment from April 30 to May 1, 2018, which involved meeting with homicide investigations, reviewing cases files, discussing best practices with leadership. Mr. Skaggs delivered a final report to Nashville PD in June 2018.
