TTA services will include:
Developing training and/or educational materials for stakeholders regarding Restorative Justice, its efficacy, its limitations, and key considerations in the creation of a Restorative Justice Program.
Assisting in formation and development of local collaborative which will guide and inform community consideration for operation of a Restorative Justice program in Prince William County
Assisting TTA Client in developing data strategies and measures to evaluate a Restorative Justice Program.

o To survey defense counsel to assess current attitudes and practices and to determine effective ways to encourage use of experts, investigators, and other support personnel.
o To examine relevant data relating to the use of investigators and experts by assigned counsel in both felony and misdemeanor cases.
o To determine whether investigators and experts are being properly used in public defender offices and managed assigned counsel programs.

The JFA Team and the Neighborhood Defender Services of Detroit will work towards increasing the use of experts and investigators by court-appointed counsel in Wayne County, Michigan.

Professor Andrea Roth of UC Berkley, Judge Annie O'Connell, DA Sherry Boston, and defense attorney Martin Sabelli discuss the impact of court closures and reopenings on the Sixth Amendment.

Criminal legal system stakeholders discuss racial equity and the Sixth Amendment. The goal is to identify potential areas for TTA, share resources, and frame issues.

Develop educational materials and resources to assist a variety of criminal justice stakeholders in understanding Sixth Amendment issues, assessing their community's current provision of Sixth Amendment protections and services, identify opportunities to enhance provision of Sixth Amendment protections, and share innovations with others.

Develop and maintain a website that will facilitate the sharing of resources, knowledge, and practices with criminal justice system actors and the general public. The platform will be a searchable system that will contain a variety of content, including materials created during the course of the grant, and existing resources. Materials will include videos, policy and procedure guides, academic research, articles and publications, and interactive learning opportunities.

An Advisory Committee representing a cross-section of criminal justice system stakeholders is being assembled to identify existing resources, gaps in the resources, emerging areas in need of support, and organizations and outlets to share TTA opportunities and information. The Committee will include representatives from law enforcement, prosecution, victim-witness agencies, defense, judiciary, court administration, corrections, data analysts, technologist, academics, impacted communities, rural jurisdictions, and disability communities.
