CGIC

The NRTAC is providing ongoing TTA to the Kansas City CGIC to further develop and improve their CGIC. This site was identified by BJA to receive specific assistance from the NRTAC. The NRTAC conducted a site visit, has drafted recommendations, and has developed a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC works with the Kansas City CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC is providing ongoing TTA to the St. Louis CGIC to further develop and improve their CGIC. This site was identified by BJA to receive specific assistance from the NRTAC. The NRTAC conducted a site visit, has drafted recommendations, and has developed a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC works with the St. Louis CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will be hosting a convening in Denver at the Denver Crime Lab to serve as a meeting for all CGIC replication sites (as well as the Denver CGIC model site) under the National CGIC Initiative, as well as identified observation sites as requested by BJA. This two day convening will consist of strategic planning, one on one time with SMEs for the replication sites, peer to peer networking sessions, and breakout sessions relevant to each key player in the CGIC process.
