In August, CSG Justice Center staff continued to work with the Penn State Data Center and Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PDOC) and Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (PBPP) researchers on the publicly available “data dashboard.” CSG Justice Center staff have provided input regarding performance measures and data visualization as part of the project. The dashboard is supported through Phase II BJA subaward funds.
In September, CSG Justice Center staff provided guidance to the Pennsylvania state agencies collaborating to develop an online, publicly available JRI Data Dashboard. Once completed, the JRI Data Dashboard will visualize key trends related to the impacts of justice reinvestment to date, and progress toward the state’s justice reinvestment goals. The JRI Data Dashboard is funded through Phase II capacity-building funds.

GA DBHDD requested NCCJD to provide training to direct care support professionals and other disability-related professionals on the topic of people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the criminal justice system.
