I am requesting an audit of the training provided by my agency to my pre-service and in-service personnel. I am interested in the extent to which our training reflects the best practices and desired outcomes as described in the recommendations from the Presidents Task force on 21st Century Policing, the COPS office and the best practices as developed by Washington State Academy' Sue Rohr.

I would be interested in on-site study, training and curriculum development assistance as needed.

I am writing in regards to training for David Kennedy's Drug Market Intervention training for my city. I am a Councilmember for the city of Anniston (David E. I am interested in this small group attending training so that it can be implemented in the City of Anniston

We are requesting assistance from NTTAC to have a population analysis conducted of our ten county jails focused specifically on those inmates who are incarcerated pending adjudication of their cases. This is the first of three planned steps to bring about statewide bail reform in New Hampshire. This jail population analysis will give us a better idea of who we have in our jails pretrial, what is keeping them there (i.e., money bond amounts), how long they stay, and whether they need to be there.

The Board requests further technical assistance with Dr. James Austin to review and determine if revisions to the Board’s parole guidelines levels 1, 3, 4, and 7 are merited. Currently, parole guidelines level 1 shows a 0-5% probability rate for success. The Board’s statistics show that voting members’ are voting more than the 5% rate. Additionally, level 7 shows a 76-100% probability rate for success. The data shows the majority of the voting members are unable to attain this rate.

Requesting a study of Philadelphia's indigent defense delivery system. To date, Philadelphia has never conducted a comprehensive, professional study to determine which type of conflict counsel indigent defense delivery system best meets the needs of the City’s criminal, delinquency and dependency court systems. It is prudent for the policymakers of Philadelphia to decide for themselves the appropriate model for delivering conflict services, rather than having something imposed on it through costly litigation.

The Corpus Cristi Police Dept.
