Met with Claudio and Zahira from the ASSMCA team in
Puerto Rico. Also at the meeting was Roberto Alvear. Roberto is a skilled and knowledgeable in the areas the ASSMCA team is asking for training in. Roberto is bilingual and has the ability to provide the training in Spanish as has also been requested. Met with everyone to facilitate meeting and training logistics.

Kaitlin Arnold asked to meet regarding resources to train
PRSS supervisors. During meeting Kaitlin explain that as part of the work at her agency and also her grad school capstone project, she was developing a training for PRSS supervisors. She wanted resources to articles, presentations, etc. that would be helpful and inform the training she is developing.

Met with Legal department to discuss the subcontract
for trainer that will be facilitating training for the ASSMCA team in Puerto Rico. Discussed terms of the subcontract, necessary legal items to include, and necessary grant terms to include.

Met with Roberto Alvear who will be conducting a
Spanish-language training for the ASSMCA team. Discussed his PowerPoint presentation content, goals for training, and next steps after this training. Discussed the subcontract terms and questions he had regarding the terms. Let him know that I will follow up with Legal and Contracts to find the answers to his questions.

Tyrina and I met with Philip Rutherford who will be a
panelist on an upcoming webinar on May 29. The webinar will center on substance use in the BIPOC population. Tyrina led the discussion by sharing the webinar format, potential questions, and other panelists that would be joining. Tyrina answered questions that Philip had and oriented Philip to the event.

Met with the Puerto Rico ASSMCA team and trainer
Roberto Alvear to discuss Puerto Rico's training needs and determine a training date. The tentative date is June 3 or June 10 in Puerto Rico.

Meeting of the Advisory Council. Board members
introduced themselves and Project Manager Joanna Lowry discussed the program. The members participated in a Thought Exchange. Members were encouraged to share their thoughts and any updates from the field. Altarum team gave an update of the PRSSMI.
