Meeting of the Advisory Council. Project Director Tiffany Lombardo began with opening remarks. Project Manager Joanna Lowry discussed current and upcoming projects since last meeting. Joanna also discussed current COSSUP solicitation and a QR code was provided to link to the information. Advisory Board members participated in an ice breaker and then Mylonne Sullivan discussed and summarized the Thought Exchange data that members participated in during the last Advisory Board meeting.

Altarum staff met to go over agenda and plan for upcoming Advisory Group meeting on June 17. Diana Williams facilitated discussion.

Met with team members to discuss the agenda for the upcoming Advisory Council meeting. Discussed ideas and I agreed to facilitate discussion around certain agenda items.

Attended the Recovery Leadership Summit June 2-4,
2024. On June 2, facilitated discussion during Equity Dinner. June 3 & 4 hosted Altarum booth at the conference and talked with participants about COSSUP grants and the TTA services offered through our TTAC.

Our BJA Policy Advisor Tim Jeffries requested a debrief
session with staff to talk about NatCon24. Discussed exhibit booth representation and conversations with those visiting our booth. Discussed sessions attended and how this can inform our work.

Met with Tyrina to discuss CoP. Discussed logistics of
CoP and need for PM to be present and made aware of material as back up and to understand the structure of the CoP.

Several team members planned to attend the All Rise
Conference as presenters and to facilitate a listening session. During preparation meeting, discussed logistics of arriving at the conference, staff check in times, and sessions everyone would attend for informational purposes. Learned the listening session was not approved by BJA and discussed pivot to attending more sessions to gain knowledge.
