The site submitted it's Action Plan months ago and has yet to hear from BJA. Following a previous conversation, the site inquired if BJA could provide informal approval so they could access implementation phase funds. IACP provided guidance that informal approval has only been given during the JustGrants transition process, when BJA would review and approve an Action Plan but faced issues formally updating the system.

The site requested any information on training opportunities for street outreach workers. IACP staff provided a list, and offered to setup a peer to peer site call with the Los Angeles grantee, Urban Peace Institute.

The site submitted an Action Plan to the IACP for review. IACP provided feedback from IACP staff and TTA Partner Dr. Nicholas Corsaro

During a meeting with the site, the site inquired into the cost of consulting with NCST. IACP reached out to NCST and followed up with the site.

During a meeting with the site, the site inquired how they need to manage sub awardees. IACP looked into programmatic materials, and provided guidance.

The site requested to meet with IACP to discuss the development of the Action Plan. The IACP met with the site and provided guidance and feedback.

IACP met with the site to help plan for the TTA Site Support Visit to the BCJI FY21 Lawrence grantee site, and develop the TTA workplan.

The grantee site had additional questions concerning BJA's FY23 Visiting Fellows Program, and IACP provided feedback.

The site wanted to know if they could use grant funds after the end-date to develop the Final Report, to help plan. IACP solicited feedback from BJA, and provided guidance to the site.

The site requested to speak with IACP staff about developing their final report, and IACP met with the site and provided guidance.
