Following a peer to peer request from the Columbia site, the Los Angeles site requested information on Columbia. IACP performed research and reported back to the Los Angeles Team.
Following a presentation at the September cohort meeting, the site requested a copy of the San Antonio site's community survey. IACP forwarded the materials to the site.
IACP forwarded a resource from OJP titled Best Practices for Supporting Frontline Violence Intervention Workers. Further, IACP also focused the following CVI Cohort Call on this topic.
The site requested to meet with IACP to discuss Action Plan feedback. IACP scheduled a meeting with the site for 1/3/24.
The site submitted its Action Plan for review. IACP compiled feedback, and forwarded it to the site on 12/26/23, and scheduled a check-in call with the site.
To help with monthly reporting, IACP provided guidance, and forwarded the site a template based on the project narrative. IACP also sent a calendar reminder series, and provided comments and feedback on a drafted report.
The site has been unable to commence with the project due to challenges related to its partnerships, and requested a call to solicit guidance from IACP. IACP met with the site, and helped strategize next steps to spur local stakeholder engagement.
The grantee site asked IACP about submitting a no-cost extension. IACP provided guidance, and recommended the grantee site connect with their BJA grant monitor.
IACP has received multiple requests from BCJI grantee sites to consult with the grantee site, and IACP held a meeting to discuss these requests and how BCJI grantee sites can consult with NCST.
