SEARCH is participating as the technical SME with Pima County's Data Integration Segregation and Consent (DISC) project in their work with SAMSHA to establish information sharing programs between the justice and behavioral health communities that meet patient privacy standards. During the reporting period, SEARCH participated in multiple training webinars and assisted Pima County in completing their readiness assessment.
SEARCH participated as the technical SME with Pima County in their work with SAMHSA to establish information sharing programs between the justice and behavioral health communities that meet patient privacy standards. SEARCH completed participation in the DISC program presented by SAMHSA and positioned SEARCH and Pima County to be prepared to pursue development of consent mechanisms to interact with substance abuse and mental health programs.
