3. Discussion of FY16 grant programs and expectations:
This section can include a brief description and status update of each program. The OJJDP PM can begin by highlighting perspectives from a broad programmatic point of view and note any particular points of which CSG JC should be aware. CSG JC can then highlight its experiences with the state grant recipients (both through current/prior TTA and project-based work). Grant program reviews include-
i. Statewide Juvenile Justice Planning program
ii. Second Chance Act Smart on Juvenile Justice: Community Supervision implementation program
iii. Second Chance Act: Implementing Statewide Plans To Improve Outcomes for Youth in the Juvenile Justice System program
iv. Young Fathers and Their Children
v. Young Mothers and Their Children ?
4. Coordination of statewide system reform work-
Opportunities for scheduling joint site visits
Description of TTA products and processes to be developed/modified/replaced
Build quick data reference report to view projects by legal name, site location, amount funded, solicitation name, project start/end dates, name of assigned OJJDP PM and CSGJC TTA manager
Discussion of different ways to improve distribution of information to OJJDP
5. NRRC TTA Provider outreach to FY16 grantees and next steps (e.g. grantee proposals, introductory emails, grantee material, OJJDP/NRRC conference calls, etc.)
