This meeting was held via teleconference to officially kick-off the next phase of the Real-Time Open Source Toolkit Project (formerly known as the NFCA Socia Media Working Group). During this call the DHS, SLTT partners with PM-ISE and IIR support staff discussed the status of the project, next steps, and provided an update of an upcoming face-to-face meeting planned in July for members of the methodology task team, as well as all task team leaders.

the scope of the project changed from focusing exclusively on social media threats to law enforcement officers to various components of social media review and all forms of real time, open source review. The project going further will be referred to as ROSA, but the task teams from the Social Media WG remain to cover various aspects of the project to create a toolkit for SLTT partners.
