A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was mailed by Mr. Hageman, executive director of ICAOS, to Captain David A. Hall, Director of MIAC on July 14, 2014.
Captain Hall indicated that once the MOU has been executed they would be ready to start working on the more technical aspect of the exchange with their IT staff.
On 8/19/14 Captain David A. Hall stated that the events in Ferguson had put everything into a frenzy at the fusion center. Followed-up again via email on 12/12/14 to see if the situation had improved and received an email from Mr. Jason Corn on December 15, 2014 stating they were ready for implementation. A call was scheduled by APPA to facilitate technical assistance from SEARCH to Missouri on February 2, 2015, by request from Missouri on January 26, 2015. Yogesh (SEARCH) followed up with Jared on 5/29/15 via email. Jared was waiting for input from the director and will follow-up again.

- General information regarding the request for TTA services, i.e., the who, what, where, when, and why.
- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
