OFR Activities
• IIR staff members provided ongoing TTA support as requested through the TTA Tracker, via direct email correspondence with practitioners, and from participants attending
IIR-supported convenings (Community of Practice calls, webinars, Affinity Group calls, and state meet-and-greet calls). In addition, as new OFR sites were identified, IIR staff members reached out and requested an initial introductory call to understand the site’s needs and review the resources and support available to the sites.
• IIR staff members continuously supported OFR mentor sites by participating in virtual site visits to provide feedback on strengths and recommendations for improvement and to get a better understanding of which OFR site mentee applicants would be best paired with each site.
• IIR staff members matched 9 OFR mentor sites with mentees to support existing OFR teams in navigating challenging aspects of their OFR initiative.
• IIR staff maintained the OFR Tools website (www.OFRTools.org) during this reporting period. This microsite is the one-stop location for all OFR resources. It is designed to meet the needs of three types of users: those just getting started implementing an OFR, experienced OFR sites wanting to enhance their existing OFRs, and those not planning to do an OFR but wanting to learn more about what it is. Users can also easily navigate to find toolkits, state OFR point-of-contact information, and an ever-expanding resource library, as well as sign up for upcoming learning communities and convenings and request TTA.
• IIR staff held monthly grantee cohort calls and bi-monthly 1:1 calls with their 21 grantees.
• IIR staff planned the agenda and content for the 2025 OFR National Forum (February 11 -12, 2025) and selected eight field presentations from abstract submitted.
• IIR staff members submitted two abstracts to RxSummit 2025 that were selected as poster sessions.
• IIR staff members presented at the PDMP Harold Rogers Meeting, PTACC Summit, and the Arizona Tribal Opioid Summit.
