Summary of Successes
grantee received a one year no cost extension through 9/30/2025
Twin Cities Recovery Project (TCRP) held a weekly tabling event with other community partners (Non Violent Peace Project, faith based organizations, etc.) for the summer
They are having great success distributing harm reduction supplies during outreach and events
TCRP began working with Advocate Care Solutions to provide housing services for participants that go to treatment

Refining data collection to better track individuals who come to the Safe Station
Summary of Resources Provided
The CHJ TA coaches conducted confidential technical assistance interviews with the MARI agency leaders to prepare for a strategy planning meeting
TA coaches assisted the grantee with identifying areas of the grant that could be built upon in preparation for their no cost extension submission
TA coaches distributed surveys on the Five Critical Elements of Deflection to MARI staff to evaluate their program progress
TA coaches began planning an on site visit for an in person strategy meeting with agency leadership and to discuss results of TA interviews and surveys

Continue regularly scheduled TA engagement and coaching
Create a TA report of key findings from the TA interviews and Critical Elements Survey
The program manager and Cordata (the case management system) will meet to discuss the data collection and reporting
