Summary: The course on jury selection in homicide cases is a specialized training program designed to equip prosecutors with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively navigate the jury selection process and secure impartial juries in homicide trials. Participants gain insights into the unique challenges and considerations involved in selecting jurors for homicide trials, including the emotional nature of such cases, the potential impact of pretrial publicity, and the complexity of legal issues at stake.
This webinar is open to all prosecutors and prosecution teams, including investigators and advocates. Registrants may be required to verify employment prior to webinar.
