FY24 Q4 Engagement Activities
Corresponded with grantee 3 times between July and September 2024 on 8/23, 8/28, and 9/27
Successes:
OFR is going well, they meet quarterly - has worked with IIR on this.
Community paramedicine program hired qualified peers this year. Data sharing software is being purchased currently, so this will be a upcoming focus.
LEAD - MOU signed with the sheriff's office to participate. Kick starting a "LEAD review board" to meet monthly - does case reviews and operates similar to an OFR
Challenges:
QRT - is not fully operational at this time. Information sharing has been a challenge for them (data) and making sure stakeholders on the same page - mentioned they meet monthly.
LEAD program - criteria has been an issue, been working with the DA to talk about opening up criteria so range of participants can broaden
CHJ and BJA have been in contact about concerns about funding - will meet again with site in November to talk through possible site visit and other ways to plan to spend down funding.
Next Steps: Continue to support through bi monthly TA coaching calls - would like to invite Grace to upcoming meetings, she's more involved with some of the programming than Sarah is. Upcoming meeting scheduled to talk through spending down funds.s

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
