The PDMP TTAC team routinely provides technical assistance to stakeholders in response to requests for information or to facilitate peer-to-peer communication. These activities help identify potential resources and TTA needs as PDMPs evolve, allowing the PDMP TTAC team to proactively develop and provide the most efficient and effective methods of delivery. During this reporting period, PDMP TTAC staff members provided technical assistance in response to 120 requests, covering a wide range of issues, including interstate data sharing, health care record integration, authorized PDMP users, tracking all prescription drugs, PDMP laws on mandatory use, Opioid Treatment Program policies for PDMPs, overdose notifications to health care providers, impact of telemedicine on PDMPs, and general PDMP policies and capabilities. The TTA was delivered in various formats, including conference calls, detailed emails, research documents, webinars, and virtual meetings.
Resources developed during the reporting period in support of PDMPs include the following:

· Website resources—updated website visualizations: “Proposed and Enacted PDMP Legislation and Regulations”; “Compilation of PDMP Statutes and Regulations by Topic”; “PDMP Policies and Capabilities”; and “PDMP Interstate Partners”
· Webinars: “Lessons Learned From All Prescription Reporting” (July 2023) and “Information Blocking: A Threat to Patient Care and Data Sharing” (November 2023)
