o The Tribal Law and Policy Institute continues to be a pre-eminent provider of tribal specific trainings and continues to field requests from state problem solving and treatment court organizations across the country to assist with development and provision of tribal-focused conference workshops and trainings. The California Association of Collaborative Courts requested that TLPI provide tribal workshops for the 2021 conference. TLPI developed and facilitated the following workshops at the CACC Conference: September 3 - CACC: The Interrelationship and Potential between Wellness Courts and ICWA
