During the July – December 2014 reporting period, IIR IT staff continued to develop and modify assessment reports per DHS requirements. IIR programmatic staff disseminated individualized correspondence for accessing the assessment tool and supporting resources to all centers. IIR staff created a calendar for team calls with centers to validate assessment results and coordinated/facilitated conference calls with all 78 centers to schedule their validation call and all calls were completed in mid-October. In October, IT staff began development of a Federal Cost Inventory online tool for federal partners to utilize. The tool was published for use in early November 2014.
