CSG Justice Center Behavioral Health division staff spoke to the grantee team about what kind of information sharing agreement would work best to get the county dispatch center's data for their program. They discussed BAAs, DUAs, and MOUs as options and reviewed the previously submitted BAA. This site visit aimed to assist the Roseburg team better understand how they could use the data they are collecting to assess the efficacy and impact of their co-responder program. Bob May, a representative from the IJIS Institute, joined the call to provide subject matter expertise on program evaluation and data collection. He presented to the grant team on how to best present data to local stakeholders, and how to best utilize what data points the team already has to demonstrate impact. The team was encouraged to ask questions as he presented, and Bob was able to help them think through their future work when it comes to data collection, analysis, and presentation.
