Former Site Coordinator (SC) introduced new SC (Samantha Morse) over email with introductory exchanges.
Completed monthly check-in to discuss how the new Site Coordinator, Samantha, is handling the transition and how SAKITTA could help at this time. Reviewed available SAKI resources, discussed plans to communicate with larger MDT team for status updates, and noted working through reports/PMT. Kathryn will follow up with SC in a few weeks to check on progress/if SC needs any assistance.
Reached out via email to check in on site and sent along various dates/times to conduct a more informative check-in call. Site coordinator noted things were very busy and it would be better to host a meeting in June or July after she conducted other meetings with her grantees first.
