Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) Trauma Informed Victim Interviewing Training & FBI ViCAP Training

The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), in partnership with RTI International are excited to announce a 2024 Trauma Informed Victim Interviewing Training, supported by Grant No. 2019-MU-BX-K011. This event will be hosted at RTI International's campus in Research Triangle Park, NC on September 4th and 5th. Additionally, the FBI ViCAP team will provide a full-day hands-on training on September 6th.

While some cities have made progress in reducing these crimes, pressing concerns remain for residents, community and business leaders, law enforcement and city officials, prosecutors, public health providers, and more. In response to these concerns, the United States Department of Justice launched the Violent Crime Reduction Roadmap (Roadmap).
