In the MDT Meeting, we discussed the FY20 Award that included a statewide partially tested kit inventory. Amy let the Team know that the inventory was completed, and she was concerned with the testing plan due to limited funding for testing.
Paige let Amy know that the certification was not the same as the testing plan. She offered to send resources on both.
Paige sent GA SAKI:
1. The Inventory Certification Form that will complete the certification process.
2. The description of the types of kits included in the SAKI partially tested kit inventory.
3. The resource SAKI TTA has on testing prioritization that details the importance of documentation with descriptions of types that MDTs could talk through to decide.
Paige checked-in with the site to reiterate that they don't have to have a testing plan to have their partially tested kit inventory certified and resent the Certification form.
Paige sent a ping to the site about the partially tested SAK inventory and sent the newest version of the certification form.
During regular monthly check-in, GA SAKI let us know that they were very close to finishing the inventory. They had had to go back to GBI to make sure the counts that were provided were all partially tested kits not just ones that were recommended for testing.
