The purpose of this event is to allow OJJDP Second Chance Act (SCA) grantees to share ideas and learn from one another to build capacity to continue service delivery during a pandemic. This informal conversation will allow grantees to connect with one another and share best practices and resources. The NRRC will host 3 panelists (2 OJJDP grantees and 1 JustLeadership Navigator) to share their experience during a 75-minute discussion on service delivery during a pandemic . To help guide the conversation, the NRRC will share a set of 3-5 questions with the panelists relating to service delivery prior to the discussion. The discussion among the panelists will be moderated by NRRC leadership. This will be an invitation-only event for OJJDP SCA grantees, NRRC staff, partners, subject-matter experts, BJA and OJJDP. The invitation will emphasize the opportunity for peer learning about possible approaches and lessons learned for correctional organizations and reentry providers during the new normal.
