NCJA will develop and offer a multi-faceted strategic planning training program of classroom education, online learning and train-the-trainer instruction during the project period to increase knowledge and understanding of the core elements of strategic plan development. Leveraging the expertise of project partners and SMEs, NCJA will develop and deliver four regional strategic planning training programs. Class size will be limited to 30 participants to ensure the trainers’ ability to provide one-to-one support, conduct small group work, foster discussion and complete interactive workbook assignments. These 12-16 hour trainings will be spaced throughout the project period in locations to be determined.
