NW3C will send presenters for the OSMOSIS Conference to teach Virtual Currency Investigations. Virtual currencies are the economic fuel of the underground economy and the dark web. Proficiency in the investigation of blockchain technology is no longer optional and is a critical component in being an effective investigator. Attendees will gain an understanding of blockchain technology and how it can be effectively investigated using a blend of traditional investigative methods, open source investigations, and digital forensics.

The OSMOSIS summit brings together some of the world’s most recognized social media and open source investigative trainers into one valuable educational experience. This gathering of experts will offer non-stop training on the dark web, the latest cellular and desktop social media investigations, open source searching, asset research, and borderless possibilities on the international front, plus the legal implications of this. All while remaining discreet and protecting your own identity.
