The PMIX Executive Committee of the PMIX Standards Organization held their annual meeting on July 11th and 12th, 2018. The meeting was held at the offices of the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) in Washington D.C. Along with the Executive Committee membership, there were also representatives from BJA and IJIS Institute. The meeting was coordinated by the PDMP Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC) and supported by BJA. The meeting produced changes to the organization’s by-laws and established a new standards compliance subcommittee. The members also spent time on identifying the standards compliance process whose primary focus is not to test compliance, but to establish trust relationships with partners, ensure transparency and establish a complete documentation repository. It was also decided that the documentation on the PMIX website needed to be updated to make the site more informative for PDMP administrators, policy makers, and vendors.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
